The 12th annual iSPACE Day will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at iSPACE on the Scarlet Oaks Career Development Campus.  This is an experiential event for the entire family with hands-on activities and demonstrations.  The event, sponsored by TechSolve, is FREE!

iSPACE Day activities include hovercraft rides, rocket launching, liquid nitrogen demonstrations, magic, and cosmic crafts.  Plus, kids can experience what it is like inside a flight simulator, touch meteorites, wear a space suit, and learn about NASA’s past, present and future.  iSPACE Day is an opportunity for parents and children to learn and explore the STEM areas (science, technology, engineering and math), including the latest in 3D printing, surgical instrument advancements, aircraft engines, GPS, drone technology and more.
