All moms need support with breastfeeding, so it’s great that UC Health’s West Chester Hospital Baby Café is reopen. The café — now located inside Primary Health Solutions, 210 S. Second St., Second Floor, Hamilton, Oh — reopened March 14. Hours are every Monday from 10 – 11:30 a.m. (closed on holidays).
The Baby Café is Reopen
The Baby Café is more than a place for the snacks and beverages new breastfeeding mamas need. It’s a program that provides emotional and professional support for a successful breastfeeding journey. Mothers and babies meet in a private spot to share their concerns, talk openly with each other and receive professional advice from experts. Moreover, the Baby Cafe is free. More than 400 mothers and babies have participated in the program over the last three years, and the hospital is pleased to offer the Baby Café program to more mothers in need of support. Baby Cafés are drop-in, informal support groups offering ongoing lactation care and intervention. Most are open for two hours at least once a week.
The Baby Café is reopen and located inside Primary Health Solutions.
