New Little Farmers Storytime
Gorman Heritage Farm is a 122-acre, non-profit that is perfect for exploring with the family! There are scenic trails to hike, friendly farm animals to meet, and lots of unique programs offered.
The newest program offering is Little Farmers Storytime. Starting this Thursday, February 5th, pre-schoolers ages 3-5 years old can enjoy a one-hour class full of stories, songs, and farm exploration. Little Farmers Storytime will be available on Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. through march 5th.
The current lineup of fun Little Farmers Storytime themed programs:
- February 5th: B is for Bunny
Learn all about bunnies through stories, songs, and crafts. Little farmers will also get to meet and pet live bunnies. - February 12th: F is for Fiber
Learn all about fiber animals with stories, songs, and crafts about goats. Kids will even get to meet GHF’s goats. - February 19th: P is for Pig
Learn all about pigs through pig-themed stories, songs, and crafts. End the program with a live pig meet and greet. - February 26th: C is for Chicken
Learn all about chickens through chicken-themed stories, songs, and crafts before meeting and petting a live chicken. - March 5th: T is for Tractor
Learn all about tractors and farm equipment through stories, songs, and crafts before taking a tractor-pulled hayride!
Each non-member adult and child pair is $15 per program. Each Additional non-member children are + $5 each.
This program is FREE for members.
