Make sweet memories with your family this month during a fun and tasty strawberry picking excursion! From May to early June, ripe strawberries are ready for the pickin’ at many local farms.

There are also some great options nearby that make for a perfect day-trip destination! Weather, crowds and other variables do play a role in crop availability, so check each location’s Facebook page, or call ahead, to ensure U-pick is available.

BLOOMS AND BERRIES Strawberry Days

May 20 – June 4; Weekdays: $10.95; Weekends: $15.95; Online reservations are required. Tickets include berry-picking, the petting farm, bounce pad, barnyard and bee train. On the weekends, the fun includes live music, a beer garden and food trucks.

EVANS ORCHARD

The farm is now open for the season, but strawberries won’t be ready for picking until mid-May. Admission for 2023 is not yet available, but the farm includes an expansive play area, farm fun, a gift store and market and special events.
