The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati presents "Cinderella," and there's lots more fun this Sat & Sun!

Friday, February 23

RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN’S CINDERELLA  Youth Edition. Cincinnati Children’s Theatre presents a magical fairytale where dreams come true. Showtimes February 17 – 25. Taft Theatre, 317 E 5th St., Cincinnati; 7 p.m.; tickets starting at $10; 513-232-6220. 

FREE THE BIG NIGHT (register) Kids and teens can be themselves, make friends and have authentic conversations about God during this BIG night. This over-the-top experience includes live music, food, games, guests speakers and sports star appearances. This year’s special theme is Jersey Night! Bussing to Crossroads Oakley will be provided from other Crossroads locations. 
February 23 event will be geared to grades 5 – 7.
February 25 event will be geared to grades 8 – 12.

FREE HARRIET TUBMAN: STRAIGHT UP OUTTA’ THE UNDERGROUND (register) Bring the past to the present and change the future with this one-woman interactive storytelling experience. Follow Harriet Tubman — the most recognized conductor of the Underground Railroad — during this historic retelling. Memorial Hall OTR, 1225 Elm St., Cincinnati; 12 p.m.; 513-977-8838. 

FREE NATURE OF VIDEO GAMES Join a nature interpreter and meet some real life creatures that inspired Pokemon, Donkey Kong and Super Mario Bros. Discover backyard animals and try out classic nature-inspired video games.  Sharon Woods/ Sharon Center, 11450 Lebanon Road, Sharonville; 2 p.m.; valid vehicle permit required for park entry; 513-521-7275. 

FREE SENSORY SATURDAY Experience a less crowded visit to the Cincinnati Art Museum during this accessibility program. Children can borrow a bag with hands-on materials and investigate learning centers throughout the galleries to make the visit even more exciting. Sunday, February 25

FREESPRING CHAMBER MUSIC Join the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra for an afternoon of music celebrating a new season of the arts. Taft Museum of Art, 316 Pike St., Cincinnati; 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.; 513-241-0343.

FREEFC Soccer Pre-Match at the Park Get ready for the big game with family-friendly activities at the park and grab a bite from local food trucks; 1230 Elm St., Cincinnati; 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
