So what exactly is Portopia?
Imagine 5,000 square feet absolutely transformed by 14 different artists. Each space holds new discoveries to be made- vivacious colors, patterns, shapes, sounds, textures and overall feels. Take a turn, round a corner and there is a new feast for the senses to investigate. One thing each of the rooms has in common is an underlying whimsy, wonder and playful energy.
Will kids enjoy Portopia?
Your kids will absolutely adore Portopia if they enjoy swings, seesaws, coloring, giant thrones covered with stuffed animals, disco parties, scavenger hunts, puzzles or playing piano. There is SO much to explore in this art exhibit, that kids will be busy discovering something new at every turn. The art is bold, colorful and downright FUN. Of course Portopia would make for a great date night or girls night out destination, too.
Scavenger hunt, you say?
Hidden within the exhibits, Portopia patrons will find 14 pieces of glass art! These 14 “portals” are fun to find.
Within Portopia there are three locked doors- scan the QR code on the door for clues to unlock the rooms. Each room holds something new and exciting! Each room also has a QR code that can be scanned, so you can learn more about the artist behind each of the experiential works.
