Haven’t nailed down the perfect Halloween costume just yet? You’d better book it! There is still time to “check out” some  costumes inspired by beloved story characters…

  1. Harry Potter Posse
  2. Dr. Seuss inspired (Lorax, Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 & Thing 2)
  3. The Classics (Little Red Riding Hood, The Big Bad Wolf, The 3 Little Pigs, Goldilocks, etc.)
  4. Waldo— don’t be surprised if people shout out “I found Waldo!”
  5. Matilda- go for the main character energy, try out Miss Trunchbull or if you love chocolate cake, dress up as Bruce Bogtrotter!
  6. The Wizard of Oz- lions and tiger and bears, oh my!
  7. Alice in Wonderland—Of course there is Alice, but what about the Cheshire Cat,  White Rabbit, or the Queen of Hearts?
  8. Pete the Cat- don’t forget to the white shoes and big buttons!
  9. Curious George (and the man with the yellow hat!)
  10. Charlie & The Chocolate Factory (which was a book before it was ever a movie!)
