This contest is officially sponsored by Cincinnati Family magazine.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry and be a Greater Cincinnati resident to be eligible to participate in this contest (covering Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Warren counties in Ohio; Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Mason, Pendleton counties in Kentucky; and Dearborn, Franklin and Ohio counties in Indiana).
Registration (a link to the registration form will be provided on July 10) begins at 8 a.m. on July 10, and will continue until registration has reached a maximum of 200 entrants. Children will be sorted into three age categories: 0 – 23 months, 2 – 5 years, 6 – 10 years.
A $5 non-refundable registration fee per child is required to enter (twins/multiples require one entry fee unless parent opts to have them judged separately). Cash or check only payment may be made at Cover Kids Check-In, held during Kidchella on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017, at Cottell Park.
After check-in, your child will be photographed by photographers from Flash Photography and Cincinnati Family. Cincinnati Family’s editorial staff will select one winner in each age category, to be announced in the September 2017 issue. Parents of winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
Employees of Cincinnati Family, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entrants grant to Cincinnati Family the right to use and publish their proper name online and in print, or any other media, in connection to the contest.
Cincinnati Family reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
