Summit Park is by far my son’s favorite place to go to play on a playground. It is unlike any park around! (At least that we have been to so far!) Depending on the day and the mood he is in, he transforms it into something else. He has transformed it into his Spiderman webs, Avenger obstacle course, and most recently his Ninja Warrior training ground.
While having company over for the weekend, we all took our kiddos to Summit Park to challenge their muscles, flexibility, and their problem solving skills. The boys quickly transformed the ropes, bridges, and platforms to their very own Ninja Warrior practice ground. They climbed high, reached from rope to rope, jumped from platform to platform, hung upside down, balanced on beams, skinny ropes, and moving platforms. Their goal was to move from one side to the other without touching the ground. They did it!
The younger siblings both enjoyed sledding with the cardboard down the hill, going down the big slides, testing their balance on the beams and trying to keep up with their big brothers! The only downside to the playground at the Summit Park is that there is little to no shade and it can get hot very fast! Dress comfortably and take water!
