Seeking who’s hiding,

Red and white stripes, glasses, hat,

Where could Waldo be?!

Waldo always ends up in the most interesting places! In his most recent adventure, he hides in a coffee shop, pharmacy, gift market, jeweler, salons, restaurants and more!

To participate in a super fun Where’s Waldo scavenger hunt, simply head to the Blue Marble bookstore in Ft. Thomas, KY to pick up a passport.  Take the passport to any of the 26 participating establishments in Ft. Thomas, find Waldo and get a stamp or signature from someone who works there. The first 125 participants who turn in a passport with 10 stamps/signatures to Blue Marble will receive an “I Found Waldo” button and a $1 off coupon to Blue Marble. Individuals who find 20 out of 26 Waldo’s and get stamps/signatures are entered into a drawing for great prizes, including a 6 book set of Waldo books!

My kids truly enjoyed looking for Waldo! There are MANY fun local shops in which to seek Waldo. My dudes played happily in the kids’ area at Ft. Thomas coffee, while I enjoyed a chocolate-covered marshmallow flavored coffee (yum!). With its train, coloring and Lego tables, The Ft. Thomas library also lends another great locale to play while looking for Waldo. Though I was tempted to purchase many things at Ft. Thomas Central, we only walked out with some cute wind up cars in our bags.

This is a super fun, free activity to get to know a small town better, and as a bonus- many storefronts hand out candies to kids looking for that infamous world traveling Waldo. Head to Blue Marble bookstore today and be on the lookout for Waldo in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. If you are free on July 25 at 1pm, check out the Waldo grand celebration. Prize winners will be drawn and announced! Find Waldo throughout July while you can!
