Yes, you read that right. The Bubble Bum Booster Seat is a portable, foldable and inflatable booster seat! It’s a seat that’s perfect for an extra kid that just happens to need a ride from you, traveling by taxi, rental car or even air plain, too. This seat meets all US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards as required by the NHTSA.
What I love about this seat is that it’s so compact. I have two children and sometimes have a cousin or friend stay the night. When we go somewhere with them, it’s a hassle to cram in each of their seats. This seat is smaller and fits right between to standard booster seats. Perfect for whomever gets to sit in the middle! It’s also so lightweight that your child can carry it with them. So, if they’re riding home from school with a friend, you don’t have to worry about meeting up the day before to hand over an extra booster seat or worry about your child going without one at all.
This seat features two side belt positioning clips to hold the lap part of the belt right in place. Then there’s an additional belt positioner that you attach to the bottom of the seat. It goes up behind the child and connects to the shoulder part of the belt and you can position it to the right spot on your child’s shoulder.
It’s not recommended for extended use in the car as it may damage your seat. So, be sure to place a thin seat protector under it before use. Also note: Please follow all instructions for assembly and use. Do not ever use a device that will blow up the seat for you, you must do that yourself!
