Incentivize Summer Reading

by |

The reading struggle is real, so it’s great that our local libraries provide incentives for your child’s efforts.  Check it out!

In Boone County (bcpl.org), Thursday, May 31 is the kick-off to the summer reading program.  Enjoy carnival games, treats, and get signed up for the program that includes prizes for all ages — even grown-ups!  Kids can read and earn Library Bucks and raffle entries for hot items like Kings Island tickets, a YMCA family pass and more.

In Campbell County (cc-pl.org), Saturday, June 2 is the summer reading kick-off celebration featuring live performances, lunch and sweet treats, face painting, photo booths, and more.

In Kenton County (kentonlibrary.org), kick off the Summer Reading Club at all locations on Saturday, June 2, when families can enjoy carnival games, face painting, treats and more.
