Summer is practically here, and that means it’s time for some cool, frosty treats. Try this super-easy, homemade peach frozen yogurt on for size, found at melskitchencafe.com.
- 16 oz. frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Dump everything into a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth and thick (about five minutes). Serve immediately or scrape into a container and freeze for up to a month.
