Â 1) Make sure fruits and veggies are easy to get to, fresh and appealingly presented to Â Â Â Â Â your children
2) Â Limit fast food and low-nutrient snacks like chips, candy, cookies and ice cream. Build Â Â Â the idea of One Desert a Day to your children
3) Don’t buy sodas for every day consumption. Limit soda purchases to Friday nights!
