Blue Cheese Burgers
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns split and toasted
• Combine ketchup, blue cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
• Lightly mix 1/4 up of the sauce with meat; shape into four patties.
• Grill to desired doneness.
• Serve in toasted buns and top with remaining sauce.
