Kiki magazine and the Kenton County Public Library are teaming up to host a program for pre-teen and teen girls on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 12 – 3 p.m. at the Covington Branch (502 Scott Blvd., Covington). Kiki Local: Fashion and Fun is a STEAM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) that will teach girls to sew and create wearable fashion designs, all while introducing them to the basics of circuitry using conductive thread, LED lights, and conductive Velcro switches.  Lunch is provided by the Library, followed by a tour of Kiki’s headquarters.
