Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park (962 Mt. Adams Circle) presents Peter and the Starcatcher — the prequel to Peter Pan based on the bestselling children’s novel by Dave Berry and Ridley Pearson. The story centers on molly, the daughter of a British lord on a secret mission for Queen Victoria. She meets a homesick orphan boy and they soon embark on an adventure with not-so-swashbuckling pirates, singing mermaids, and a shipwreck.
Best for ages 8 and older, the Playhouse also offers Spring Break performances on March 29 at 7 p.m., March 31 at 7:30 p.m., April 1 and 1 and 7:30 p.m., and April 2 at 8 p.m. Purchase half-price children’s tickets with the purchase of regular-priced adult tickets and save $15 (use promotion code Spring Break).
