Mermaids are making their way back to the Newport Aquarium (One Aquarium Way Newport) September 28 – October 14! Plus, they are bringing something new and exciting along with them during their journey!
For the first time, families can explore the all-new Mermaid Cove; be mesmerized as mermaids swim right up to you along with their stingray friends. Interact with the mermaids in different areas throughout the aquarium, too, including Shark Ray Bay Theater and the tropical habitat of the Coral Reef.
Also new this year is the Mermaids and Pirates Breakfast on September 9 and October 6 and 13 from 9 – 10 a.m. Meet-and-greet with a real-life mermaid and pirate while dining in the aquarium’s Riverside Room with gorgeous views of the skyline and river. Ahoy little mateys – each kid also receives magical treasure to make this tasty breakfast complete!
