One of the best things about summer is puffing up the grill. Here’s a great marinade good for any of your favorite cuts of beef.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat. For optimum flavor, marinate meat for at least two hours, turning meat over halfway through for overall coating.
