The Cincinnati Art Museum (CAM) hosts a special exhibit to celebrate Hamilton, Ohio’s own author, Robert McCloskey.
Make Way for Ducklings: The Art of Robert McCloskey opens July 20 and continues to Sept. 9. Featuring the life of the Caldecott Medal-winning writer/illustrator of classic children’s books, a special focus is on the 1941 Make Way for Ducklings. The exhibit features illustrations McCloskey did for other authors, as well as some of his watercolors and paintings. The CAM has created a kid-friendly drawing activity and related programs so the entire family can enjoy the exhibit!
