Best Virtual Workouts for Kids

Keep active with the kids, right in your living room!

Staying active is one of the best ways to keep healthy while we stay at home! Luckily, local gymnasiums, dance companies and sports complexes are keeping up to speed by offering an array of active online classes for kids!

Kids First Sports;
All ages and even parents can join in on a variety of energetic movement! Tumble Bee activities, Gym Jam workouts, parent/child activities and more every day at 12:30 p.m. on their Facebook page! 

Little Gym of Mason;
My four year old has loved taking The Little Gym’s Prek Lessons! They offer daily online classes for parents and little ones, PreK and school-aged. Be sure to catch Mr. Derek in his Sing Alongs, too! Head to their Facebook page for class details, times and more. 

Premier Tumbling and Dance
Premier is offering VIRTUAL classes through Zoom! Your little tumbler can learn dance and tumbling right at home from experienced teachers. Register on their website at and get started!

MidPointe Library’s Cardio Dance Live;
MidPointe Library is offering more than just story time, crafts and cooking tutorials you can do with the kids – you can get up and moving with their cardio dance sessions Tuesdays at 10 a.m. live on their Facebook page.
