FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13

Playdate Cafe
9-10 AM @ Cheviot Branch
Play is a crucial part of building literacy and social skills, so join us for a playdate at the library before it opens! There will be opportunities for imagination and skill building, plus socialization for both children and caregivers. Light refreshments will be provided.

Friday Playdates
10 AM-noon @ Delhi Township Branch
Ages 1-6 years old can enjoy a variety of toys and time with friends to develop social emotional skills.

Play & Learn!
10:30-11:30 AM @ Norwood Branch
Kaleidoscope Play & Learn groups are for families with children with children birth through age 6. Join in on the weekly fun to promote your child’s cognitive, language, social, and emotional development.

Family Storytime
10:30-11 AM @ Downtown Main Library
Join in on this weekly library time featuring puppets, songs, and stories.

Library Playdate
10:30-11:30 AM @ Forest Park Branch
There will be stations for little ones to explore while they interact with other children. This program focuses on engagement and connection.

Storytime on the Farm
10:30-11:15 AM @ Winton Woods
Fridays mean storytime and so much more down on the farm! Each week will highlight a different themed story and there will also be fun themed activities which could be crafts, sensory play, or games.
A valid vehicle permit is required for park entry.

Switch Games
3-5 PM @ Price Hill Branch
4-5 PM @ Covedale Branch
Afterschool, kids can gather and play some Smash Bros or Mario Kart with friends.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14

Great Backyard Bird Count
10 AM-6 PM @ Woodland Mound | Seasongood Nature Center
Become a citizen scientist for the day by participating in the annual national bird count. Come early for a guided hike (9 a.m.).

Mt. Washington Branch Reopening Celebration!
10 AM-4 PM @ Mt. Washington Branch
Check out the newly renovated library and enjoy fun-filled activities for the family all day long.

Movers and Shakers Storytime
10:30-11:30 AM @ Downtown Main Library
Bring the entire family to enjoy a morning of singing, dancing, and reading!

Sensory Storytime
10:30-11:30 AM @ Monfort Heights Branch
An interactive inclusive storytime geared towards children with special needs and their families, featuring interactive books, singing, music, and sensory activities. Content will be at a preschool level, but all ages are welcome.

Saturday Morning Cartoons
11 AM-1 PM @ Winterhaus Fountain Square
Grab the kids and head to Winterhaus for a laid back morning with cartoons on the TVs.

Mardi Gras at the Park
Noon-6 PM @ Washington Park
Washington Park is bringing the magic of New Orleans to OTR ! At Mardi Gras at the Park, we’ll have a curated selection of local Cajun eats, festive craft drinks, and live brass music. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon perfect for catching up with friends, browsing local vendors, and more.

Smooch a Pooch Event
Noon-4 PM @ Fifty West Brewing
This Valentine’s Day, fall in love at 50 West! At Smooch a Pooch, a special adoption event where you can “try before you buy” and smooch a shelter dog before finding your forever friend. Enjoy a cold drink, meet adorable pups, and maybe even leave with a new furry Valentine. Love is in the air, and on four paws!

Family Funday

Bring the whole family to discover a world etched in vivid detail to celebrate the new exhibition Rembrandt: Masterpieces in Black and White! Explore the galleries, get creative with hands-on artmaking, and learn about the genius of Rembrandt’s artistry.
