Looking for some Fall family fun this weekend? Kings Island is hosting their first ever Tricks and Treats Fall Fest this year! Families can partake in the fun on Saturdays and Sundays through November 1.
Tricks and Treats Fall Fest Highlights include:
–RIDES! From adventure seekers’ bravely beginning their thrill seeking in Planet Snoopy all the way to the adrenaline junkies shrieking while riding the brand new Giga Coaster Orion, there is an exhilarating option for every ride-enthusiast in your family.
–Candy! Need some practice for the big night of trick or treating? Wear a costume, yell “TRICK OR TREAT!” and don’t forget to say “Thank You”, too! There are plenty of themed trick or treat stations around the park for ghouls and boos to get tasty treats.
–Fall Décor Galore! Be sure to get your cameras ready for some absolutely adorable pictures. There is a photoshoot worthy pumpkiny scene around every corner and International Street has been seriously over taken by spooky-scary skeletons. The ambiance is everywhere- if you have a family member who isn’t keen on rides, they will still have fun walking around the park looking at all of the festive Fall decorations.
–Live Entertainment! That ghoul can sang! Check out the daily entertainment schedule and be sure to check out one of the live performances. The costumes and vocals are to die for- you can also see a professional carving intricate and super impressive pumpkins. There is lots to see!
–Fall Fun! There is an abundance of autumnal activities throughout Planet Snoopy. Artsy kiddos will enjoy a coloring station and make and take craft. There are tons of spooky themed games for kiddos looking to test their skill and luck. Families can feel transported to a pumpkin patch as they make their way through a corn or hay maze. Kiddos can ride harvest tractors or blast their way through a ninja challenge course. Prepare to be busy! And if you burn through all your energy, don’t worry- there is some delicious food you can fuel up on…
–Tasty Treats! With a Tricks and Treats Tasting Card, guests can sample savory and sweet bites all around the park. Each tasting station offers a treat or a trick, but trust me… all the tricks are a real treat, too. For tricks, think spicy cinnamon El Diablo Cupcake, Worms in Dirt Funnel Cake, Toxic Mac n Cheese (with tasty vegan sausage), and for treats think Candy Corn Cupcake, Pumpkin Spice Funnel Cake and Fall Mac n Cheese (with yummy bacon). There are tons of tasty savory options like hot dogs, grilled cheese, chicken wings, french fries and even more sweets like donuts, churros and an apple crisp. These classics all have a unique spin and the tastes are amped up! If you are a foodie, the Tasting Card is a great way to eat your way through Fall’s flavors.
*COVID-19 protocols are in place during Kings Island’s Tricks and Treats Fall Fest. Upon arrival, guests are asked about symptoms and exposure, followed by a quick temperature check. Masks are required for all guests over the age of 2 throughout the park (there are mask-free RelaxZones), ample hand sanitizer stations are available and there are social cues in ride lines as a reminder to social distance .
