Join us for a Summer of Play! Together we’ll explore fantastical worlds, storybook lands, our favorite books and movies, and so much more – all while having fun through the excitement of live theatre. Our summer camp programs are designed to build confidence, strengthen communication skills and develop a sense of ensemble and community. Camps for young people ages 3 to 17 focus on individual and collective skill development in a fun, supportive, process-based environment.
Half-Day Camps
Introduce the little ones in your life to the fun and creativity of theatre with our half-day, one-week camps! Each uniquely themed week offers a fun mix of creativity, guided play, theatre crafts and acting improvisation. Classes and themes vary each session for campers interested in joining multiple weeks. For ages 3 to 5.
Full-Day Camps
Each week offers five exciting courses that are designed to engage in the magic and playfulness of live theatre. All lessons lead up to a five-minute scene to share informally with friends and family on the last day of camp. Classes and themes vary each session for campers interested in joining multiple weeks! For students entering grades one to 10.
Performance Academy Camps
This process-based performance program is for the theatre enthusiast who wants to experience the production of a play from beginning to end. During each full-day camp session, campers will take technique and special skills classes and rehearse a play to be performed with limited sets and costumes for friends and family at the end of camp. For students entering grades one to 12.

In addition to camps at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, we are featuring summer camps in Evendale, Blue Ash, Mason and the West End.
Launch Pad Accessibility Program
The Playhouse is committed to increasing accessibility to all its programs. Thanks to a generous grant from The Daniel and Susan Pfau Foundation, we are continuing a program designed to make our theatre day camp an integrated and inclusive experience for students with developmental disabilities.
