Mayerson JCC provides the Jewish and secular communities of Greater Cincinnati an array of programs, resources and facilities that help improve their physical, social and intellectual lives. Coming up in April, they are hosting free Disability Inclusion Awareness Programs to the public as a part of their 2019 Inclusion and Advocacy Series. These events include nationally renowned speakers, inclusive arts programming and local experts.
On April 1 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., there will be a Visions for Accessibility in the 21st Century: Discussion with Emily Seelenfreund and P.G. Sittenfeld event, concerning accessibility and mobility; and a April 8 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. is a Workshop on Special Education Law and Advocacy with Carla Loon Leader, focusing on special education law and advocacy. Each event is free with an RSVP.
