What is your educational philosophy? Our teaching philosophy is centered on instilling a passion for the arts while building self-esteem and confidence in every child. We encourage students to discover and develop their unique abilities.

What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? Many of our teachers have decades of teaching experience, bachelor’s and advanced degrees, as well as extensive performance experience.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? Communication goes through the office with our customer care team who are available during daytime hours and through the evening. Frequent academy updates are sent via text, email, and hand-outs.

What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? A disruptive child will be asked to stop the behavior. If repeated, they will be reminded. If it continues, they will be asked to sit out for a short time.

What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? We have cameras throughout the building which parents may view via our Spot TV App. Our teachers and staff have undergone official background checks.
