MilliporeSigma’s Curiosity Cube is coming to town! What is it? It’s a retrofitted shipping container that has been transformed into a solar-powered mobile science lab that features hands-on science experiments to spark interest in STEM learning for kids.
Kids will discover how quickly brains can learn, use a microscope to view cells, and use virtual reality to “shrink” to the size of a cell and complete a series of challenges.
The Curiosity Cube will visit several schools this week, including Dater Montessori Elementary, North College Hill Middle School and Bond Hill Academy. And on Saturday, April 7, families are invited to Washington Park downtown from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. to check out the Cube for themselves!
