On a busy day, just pour in these three ingredients and flip on the switch!
Crockpot Chicken Tacos
Serves 8 – 10
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 16-ounce jar Salsa
Put everything into a crock pot and stir to blend the seasoning with the salsa. No water is needed. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. The chicken will shred easily with a fork.
Serve with soft flour or corn tortillas, guacamole, lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream. Cook chicken this way for any Mexican meal you plan on creating from enchiladas to tostadas!
