Each month, Campbell County schools go through 50-100 pairs of underwear for children who have accidents at school or for children who are simply in need of fresh, clean underwear.
The fourth annual Campbell County Public Library’s Drop Your Drawers Campaign successfully collected 10,765 pairs of underwear to donate to local schools! Through community and individual donations, this year’s record beat last year’s record of 7,784 pairs; this year’s goal was to collect 7,000 pairs.
