“Ain’t Too proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations” rocked the Aronoff Center for the Arts last night as the Broadway hit opened in Cincinnati; and its here to stay through March 27.
Otis Williams (Marcus Paul James) took us through the lives of each of the original members of the Temptations – the good and the bad. I felt like I was actually at a Temptations concert when Otis, Paul (James T. Lane), Melvine (Harrell Holmes Ju), Eddie (Jalen Harris) and David (Elijah Ahamad Lewis) started singing and dancing.
Crowd participation was encouraged at times and even bled out into the streets where people were singing and dancing after the show!
