MOTHER/BABY SUITES & MORE AT GOOD SAMARITAN
TriHealth’s Good Samaritan Hospital has a new triage and welcome area for expecting moms and a whole lot more. The multi-phase renovation began in 2015 and now features a maternity gateway through the hospital’s Dixmyth entrance, valet parking and a larger greeting area. Upon admission, moms can now register at their bedsides in all-private, fully renovated Mother/Baby suites. STRANGE SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY
Growing a human being inside of you means all kinds of weird things are happening in and on your body! These are a few normal oddities to expect:
- Saliva overdrive
- Excessive sweating
- Skin discoloration
- Carpal Tunnel syndrome
- Vocal Changes
- Migraines (or the absence of migraines if you’re typically a headache sufferer)
- Excess gas
The good news? Most strange pregnancy symptoms resolve on their own and are only a minor inconvenience in the work of getting Baby here. Of course, peace of mind is important, so it’s always good to discuss the weird things your experiencing with your OB/GYN to be sure. Ask more, stress less!
