If your kids are eating poorly, it’s time to take back your pantry! Kids cannot eat what IS NOT THERE! That’s the good news on the home front. You CAN manage to get healthy snacks into your forever grazing kids by only providing healthy alternatives.
If you notice unhealthy eating habits at your house, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and:
 1) Make sure fruits and veggies are easy to get to, fresh and appealingly presented to      your children
2)  Limit fast food and low-nutrient snacks like chips, candy, cookies and ice cream. Build    the idea of One Desert a Day to your children
3) Don’t buy sodas for every day consumption. Limit soda purchases to Friday nights!
