Oakley Branch Library Grand Reopening
Save the Date and celebrate the holidays! Saturday, December 20th there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand re-opening of the Oakley Branch Library. Located at 4033 Gilmore Avenue in Cincinnati, the celebration will kick off at 10 a.m.
The $1.5 million renovation project is complete and the upgrades include:
-A refreshed meeting room
-An expanded children’s area
-A dedicated teen space with new furniture and finishes
-Improved mechanical and electrical systems
-New, upgraded holds lockers
Families attending the grand re-opening can expect some extra holiday cheer, too!
-Santa will make a special appearance from noon to 1 p.m.
-There will be warm drinks and snacked offered by local vendors
-Kids can make a craft, get their faces painting, get a balloon animal and snap a pic in the photo booth
-Plus, there will be live music!
