Bring the fireworks inside! This cute craft for kids is easy and fun to do — and a little messy! Mess is good, when it comes to crafting. Try this craft out in celebration of Fourth of July.

What you need
Craft/construction paper
School glue (glitter glue works good, too!)
Glitter
Safety Scissors
Sticks
Tape
Straw

What you do

  1. Take the craft paper and your glue and draw out fireworks onto the paper with the glue
  2. You can also take a drop of glue on the paper and use the straw to blow the glue in different directions for a different kind of firework
  3. Add glitter to it (unless you used glitter glue)
  4. Let dry
  5. Cut out around the fireworks
  6. Tape to a stick

If you make them big, you can stick them in the ground down the sidewalk or up the driveway. The bigger the better!
