The Campbell County Library in Kentucky recently challenged patrons to donate new socks and underwear for the annual “Drop Your Drawers” campaign.
The goal was to obtain 7,000 donated items to help keep Family Resource Center’s emergency supplies stocked. More than 9,000 new pairs of underwear and socks were donated, far surpassing the 2022 goal! The items will be divided among public schools in Campbell County so that all children have access to clean underwear and socks that fit.
