So what all does the “Fun Lovers” ticket include? The short answer is: a full day of fun at the farm. Read on for details…
Sliding, Swinging and Climbing, Oh My!
Kiddos can climb up steps before they slide down Blooms and Berries’ huge tunnel slide. It is fast and it is steep and the kids are gonna love it. (Pro-tip, grab a drink or snack before heading to the playground area, kids are going to want to go down this fun slide again and again. If your child is at an age to slide independently, you can kick back and relax for a minute while they play. If your kiddos are still too little and need some help… you’re gonna get your steps in and earn a drink and snack, also.)
There are two horsey swings in the playground area! These cute swings are repurposed using old tires and so is the tire hill nearby. Kids will love neighing on the swings and climbing up the tire hill, too.
On Your Marks, Get Set, Go!
The Barnyard 500 is the most animated and adorable race track you will ever lay eyes on! There are pint-sized tricycles for little racers and bigger trikes for kids-at-heart. Taking a spin around the track, riders will see playful barnyard animals like cows, horses and even chickens seesawing with an egg-filled nest.
Jump around!
Kids still bouncing around? Spend some time at the new inflatable strawberry bounce pad! The strawberry bounce pad is a fun way for kids to bounce and burn some energy.
That buzzing sound is the low hum of the Bee Train as it whirrs around a figure-8 track! This bright and happy barrel ride zips around the course over little bumps in the road while riders delight. “Weeeeeee” the little ones squeal, with big smiles on their faces; the conductor wears a big grin while driving around the track, too. Be prepared, you may be in line for this ride more than once- it is a big hit with little ones.
Baa and Moo; Hello to you, too!
Honey Hill Farm Petting Zoo’s farm friends are so fluffy and happy looking. Buy some hay and say “hello” to the friendly llamas, goats, cows and the cool camel, too.
Tasty Bites!
Strawberries are front and center in the bakery, of course! Be sure to pick up an tasty treat or drink featuring sweet, ripe strawberries picked straight from Blooms soil!!! And on the way out, don’t miss out on some cheese, fudge or honey from the Farm Market. It feels good to shop local… and it tastes great, too. On the weekends, there are also local food trucks AND live music!
Of course, you will want to grab something for your garden, too. There are so many pretty plants to pick from, and kids will enjoy the new potting station where they can add fill-dirt and pick a pretty pot for their new plant.
