Easy and quick, and your kiddos will love it!

You’ll need:

8 ounces rotini pasta
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
1 small onion, diced
1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
4 ounces sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add pasta and cook until al dente.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meat with onion until meat is brown.  Drain.  Combine meat mixture with sauce, pepperoni and cooked pasta.  Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.

Serves 6

 

If your family enjoys additional ingredients, you can add your other favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, black olives, peppers, etc., to the mix.
