Skate right into the holiday season! Although I am not very coordinated, one of my favorite family winter activities is ice skating. Check out the best rinks in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati!
Kentucky
Ark Encounter (1 Ark Encounter Drive, Williamstown)
Open through December 30, 2019. Open seven days a week from 5 – 8:30 p.m.
Admission, $8

Northern Kentucky Ice Center (2638 Anderson Road, Crescent Springs)
Admission, $8; skate rental, $3; $1 discount for ages 10 and younger.
Skate year-round in this indoor skating rink. Public skating is open December 13, 7:30 p.m.; 14 and 15, 1 p.m..

Admission, $6 per guest/$5 for a group of three or more (includes skate rental).

WinterFest Admission, $29.99 (various discounts applicable); skating, $15 (includes skates); Cincinnati Family tip: when purchasing ice skating tickets, you will choose a time to skate (5, 7 or 9 p.m.); please note, these tickets can sell out, arrive early to sign a waiver and try on skates.
If you plan on visiting WinterFest, make unforgettable memories and ice skate on Snow Flake Lake with a beautiful view of the iconic fountain in the middle of the rink.
