My family absolutely loves Playmobil toys. My family also adores Halloween. When we discovered the Take Along Haunted House by Playmobil, we were all super excited to get building and playing together.
Playmobil allows children to work on following directions and using their fine motor skills as they assemble their toy. Once the toy is fully constructed, children are encouraged to use their imagination through pretend play with fun characters like a vampire, a mad scientist and the scientists’ creepy creation.
My boys, ages 5 and almost 7, play with this toy for hours! They make up stories and add other Playmobil figures, like the Ghostbusters, into the mix. When asked how many thumbs up they would give this toy, my oldest son gave it 10 thumbs up, and his brother gave it 120 thumbs up. I told them they only have 2 thumbs, but their answers did not change because they both really love this set.
I would give this set 2 enthusiastic thumbs up, as my kids really enjoy playing with it together, it can be taken on-the-go and it is contained in one spot.
