Recently, a former classmate of mine was visiting Cincinnati with her kids, so we took the morning to meet up and have some fun. We started off with Top Golf, which continues to be one of my kid’s favorite places to go. They love hitting the golf balls and the food! All the kids enjoyed “trash talking” each other, laughing at the missed balls (usually mine), and the great scores. It was fun to watch them cheer their new friends on! After an hour and a half of golfing, we headed up to play some foosball. The boys challenged the girls and the girls accepted that challenge AND won both games! The boys handled their defeat well … and decided it was time to head next door.
At Main Event, the boys quickly discovered the Jurassic game and spent most of the time trying to take down the T-Rex. They eventually tried other games, but the Jurassic was their favorite. The girls tried a little bit of everything and decided that they enjoyed the Typhoon the most. The games at Main Event are great for all ages. Despite the six year age difference between the girls, they were able to find many things they could play together and enjoy. It was fun to watch the teamwork between the kids when they played two-player games and the friendly competition they had when they played one-player games. Both of my kids climbed into my vehicle asking when they could see their new friends again!
