The Creative Toddlers have been hard at work for the past six weeks of classes. They’ve danced, sang, acted, and, of course, had LOTS of fun. At the end of week five, they were sent home with “scripts,” and this week, we were sent a video link to help the kiddos with their dance at home. Helping Luca with his line has been adorable — he has “paper and crayons” down pat. Now we have moved onto memorizing his dance – eight 8-count moves. I thought the “lines” were adorable, but seeing a 4-year-old jitterbug … now THAT is adorable. I am getting excited to see the toddlers’ hard work come together on stage at the end-of-class performance! And what could be cuter than one toddler jitterbugging? I have a feeling that a whole class of toddlers jitterbugging might win every cuteness contest ever. I don’t know who is more excited for his stage debut — me or Luca. I’ll be sure to take lots of photos and keep you posted 🙂
Do you have a toddler who would love to get on stage? GOOD NEWS!!! The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati is offering a one-hour, weekly, seven-week course this winter for the low price of $125! There are also lots of other course options for actors of all ages. It has been great to see Luca have his own activity, and to beam with excitement every week — I would highly recommend Creative Toddling and The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati.
