Every Wednesday from July 5 – 26, Showcase Cinema de Lux Springdale 18 (12064 Springfield Pike) will host Bookworm Wednesdays, a program designed to encourage summer reading.
Kids who bring a book report (downloadable here) to a select family film each wednesday will receive free admission. Adults and kids younger than 6 who accompany a qualifying participant will also receive free admission. And kids who are not yet reading on their own can draw a picture about a story that an adult has read to them!
This month, enjoy films like Ice Age: Collision Course (July 5); Goosebumps (July 12); The Peanuts Movie (July 19); and Hotel Transylvania 2 (July 26).
