The Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County invites families to help celebrate Rufus the Reading Dog’s 10th birthday on April 16 from 1 – 4 p.m. The party kicks off at the Main Library (800 Vine St.) with a performance from the Frisch Marionettes, followed by crafts, games, stories and special visits from some of Rufus’ best mascot friends.
