There’s much ado about nature this month at Cincinnati Nature Center at Rowe Woods (4949 Tealtown Road, Milford) this month! First up is Preparing for Night, a two-night special on Sept. 11 and 12, from 5 – 10 p.m. each night. Families will discover the sights and sounds of nature at night — bring a flashlight to visit interactive stations along the trails, check out food trucks, wiggle to some live music, and get a free scoop of ice cream. Admission is $7 adults and $3 children for members, and $10 adults and $5 children for non-members (family maximum is $20 and $30).
If you like what you see while you’re there, consider making a return visit later this month for CNC’s Nature Preschool Open House. Stop by between 2 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27 to learn more about this unique preschool program that encourages a life-long love of nature.
