What is Kidchella? It’s a fun, outdoor children’s concert featuring local favorites like Zak Morgan, Jennifer Ellis and Songs for Seeds! Bring the family for music, crafts, shopping from local vendors, giveaways and our Cover Kids Contest (contest details below)!
Proceeds from the event will support Common Ground, an all-inclusive park to be built in the City of Mason. Meet some of our vendors who will be attending that day!

Welcome to Cover Kids 2017!
Here’s your chance for your child to appear on a future cover of Cincinnati Family!
PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR COVER KIDS IS NOW CLOSED. KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR NEXT YEAR’S CONTEST!
What do you have to do?
- Please note that Cover Kids is open to the first 200 entrants.
- Arrive at Cottell Park in Mason on Aug. 13, 2017, a few minutes before the time window you select during registration.
- Check in at the Cover Kids table to pay your $5 registration fee and receive your child’s number/name tag. (Your registration fee will be donated to Common Ground – the City of Mason will match every dollar raised, so you are welcome to contribute more than $5.)
- Let our photographers from Flash Photography snap a photo of your child.
- That’s it! Collect a goody bag and enjoy the rest of the event with live performances from Zak Morgan, Jennifer Ellis and Songs for Seeds! Our editorial staff will select one winner from each age category (0 – 23 months, 2 – 5 years, and 6 – 10 years). Winners will be announced in our September 2017 issue.
