Italian Chicken & Orzo

Serves 6.


  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1-1/2 small zucchini, chopped
  • 1-1/2 (10 ounce) tubs PHILADELPHIA Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cups hot cooked orzo pasta


This recipe’s Ingredients were scaled to yield a new amount. The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield of 4 servings.
  1. Cook chicken and zucchini in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done.
  2. Add cooking creme and tomatoes; cook and stir 2 min.
  3. Serve over pasta.
