Great Parks’ Maple Sugar Days

by |

Tap into the sweet fun of Ohio maple sugaring during Maple Sugar Days! Join other families at Farbach-Werner Nature Preserve (3455 Poole Road) on Saturday, February 24, and Sunday, February 25, from Noon to 4 p.m.

The tradition of maple sugaring has been passed down through the generations. Families can discover how the sticky sap from the maple tree is turned into a sweet delicacy with fun activities, crafts, hikes and a sampling of tasty maple treats. This event is free for all ages.

A valid Motor Vehicle Permit is required to enter the parks. Cost for residents of Hamilton County: $10 annual/$3 daily; other visitors: $14 annual/$5 daily. Visit greatparks.org for more details.
